WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

This is your time to reconnect with yourself after cancer, in a space where you feel understood, supported, and not alone.

 

Bloom Beyond is a nurturing and uplifting workshop designed to help you move forward with more energy, calm, and confidence. Through gentle, flowing movement (inspired by qigong), simple breathwork, deep relaxation, and light, feel-good moments, you’ll begin to release tension, restore your energy, and feel more like yourself again.

 

There’s also space to connect with others who truly understand what you’ve been through, to share, listen, or simply be in the company of people on a similar journey.

 

You’ll leave not just feeling better in the moment, but with simple, practical tools you can use in everyday life, including:

 

  • Breathwork techniques to help manage anxiety and overwhelm

  • Gentle practices to support better sleep and relaxation

  • Easy movements to boost energy and reduce stiffness

  • Ways to calm your mind and feel more in control of your wellbeing

 

 

This isn’t about pushing or striving. It’s about listening to your body, rebuilding at your own pace, and finding what works for you.

 

No experience needed. Just come exactly as you are.

Hannah Farrell-Wall

YOUR TEACHER

With over 30 years in the wellness and spa industry, Hannah brings a depth of experience that blends expertise with genuine care. Her career has taken her from managing and developing treatments within one of the UK’s leading spas to working more personally with individuals, supporting wellbeing in a way that feels real, human, and deeply nurturing.

Hannah is a qualified yoga teacher, qigong instructor, reiki master, and sound healer, but what truly shapes her work is lived experience. Having navigated her own health journey, she understands how it feels when the body changes, energy shifts, and a different kind of support is needed.

Hannah's approach is gentle but powerful, focusing on helping clients reconnect with their bodies, rebuild energy, and feel more like themselves again, without pressure, expectation, or the need to be anything other than where they are right now.

Clients often say they feel instantly at ease in her presence. Hannah creates spaces where people can exhale, feel supported, and trust they are in safe hands.

This is not about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all wellness, but about each individual’s pace, journey, and discovering what truly works for them.
