Prāṇa in Practice – Yoga for Freedom

Breathe. Move. Experience freedom.

Class Description

Cultivating vitality through breath, movement, and deep rest, this is a different way into yoga, one that works from the inside out. Each class weaves together conscious breathing, movement, and contemplative awareness to enhance the lived experience of prāṇa. As we refine the breath, the practice begins to shift not just how the body moves, but how it feels - loosening patterns, creating a greater sense of coherence and ultimately freedom. Liz is a qualified therapeutic Yoga Chikitsa Practitioner in the Gitananda Tradition, who supports you in adapting the practice to your individual needs. Please note: this class is not suitable for smokers. If you have any health concerns that may affect your participation, you are welcome to contact the teacher beforehand for advice or reassurance.
