Class Description
Step into a calm, nourishing morning designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create. This gentle, feel-good workshop blends mindful movement with hands-on creativity in a relaxed, welcoming space. What to Expect We’ll begin with a gentle, flowing yoga practice, designed to ease you into the body and release tension. This will softly transition into a guided meditation, allowing you to fully unwind and settle the mind. To close, you’ll be immersed in a subtle touch of sound, creating a deeply calming and restorative finish to the practice. This part of the workshop is suitable for all levels, including beginners — options and guidance will be offered throughout. Creative Wreath Making After yoga, we’ll move into a calm, social crafting session where you’ll create your own boho-style dried flower wreath. You’ll be guided in designing and assembling your piece using a selection of beautiful dried flowers, grasses, and natural textures — inspired by soft, neutral, summer tones. Your finished wreath will be yours to take home as a lasting reminder of the day. Tea & Cake We’ll pause to enjoy tea and homemade-style cake, giving you time to relax, chat, and soak in the peaceful atmosphere.
