Class Description
This class begins with a gentle, mindful flow to build warmth and awaken the body. As we move through steady, breath-led sequences, we create space and energy from within. Gradually, the pace slows and we transition into grounding, restorative postures, to encourage deep release and relaxation. A wonderful way to both move and unwind, leaving you feeling open, balanced, and ready for a restful night's sleep.'
