Wellspring - Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, workshops, class packs, events and use of the Wellspring website and studio facilities. By booking, attending or purchasing any service with Wellspring, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Wellspring

Wellspring is a wellbeing studio offering group classes, workshops, events, including but not limited to yoga, pilates, TRX and ballet. References to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Wellspring.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All classes and events must be booked in advance via our website.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are correct at the time of publication and may be subject to change.

  • Class packs are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser.

3. Class Packs & Memberships

  • Class packs are valid for the stated period from the date of first use or purchase (as specified at purchase).

  • Unused classes will expire after the validity period and cannot be extended unless explicitly stated.

  • Wellspring reserves the right to amend class timetables, teachers or formats where necessary.

4. Cancellations & Refunds (Classes)

  • Classes must be cancelled within the stated cancellation window shown at booking (typically 12 hours unless otherwise specified).

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your pack or charged in full.

  • Missed classes are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not offered for unused class packs or memberships unless required by law.

5. Workshops, Events & Special Sessions

  • Workshops and events often have limited capacity and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • If Wellspring cancels an event, a refund or credit will be offered.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

6. Health, Safety & Medical Conditions

  • You participate in all classes, treatments and activities at your own risk.

  • It is your responsibility to inform the teacher or therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or changes in health before attending.

  • Always work within your own limits and follow the guidance of the instructor.

  • Wellspring is not responsible for injuries sustained as a result of failing to disclose relevant health information.

7. Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive on time for classes. Late entry may not be permitted.

  • Mobile phones should be switched off or silenced during sessions.

  • Respect other attendees, teachers and staff at all times.

  • Wellspring reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving in a disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate manner.

8. Personal Belongings

  • Personal belongings are brought into the studio at your own risk.

  • Wellspring accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items.

9. Liability & Waiver

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellspring shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained while attending the studio or participating in activities, except where caused by our negligence.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to Classes & Services

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes, change teachers, or amend services when necessary.

  • Where possible, we will provide advance notice and offer an alternative class or credit.

11. Website Use

  • Content on the Wellspring website is provided for general information only.

  • We reserve the right to update, amend or remove content without notice.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

  • We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

13. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

14. Changes to These Terms

  • Wellspring reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • The latest version will always be available on our website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
