Wellspring Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Wellspring website, booking of Wellspring classes, workshops and events, purchase of class packs, gift vouchers and other Wellspring services, and use of Wellspring studio facilities.

By booking, attending or purchasing a service with Wellspring, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any specific terms that apply to the service you have purchased.

1. About Wellspring

​

Wellspring is a wellbeing centre offering group classes, workshops, events and other wellbeing services, including but not limited to yoga, pilates, TRX, aerial yoga and ballet.

References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Wellspring.

2. Bookings & Payments

​

• Classes, workshops and events must be booked in advance via our website unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable and are correct at the time of publication. Prices may be changed from time to time.

• Bookings are personal to the person making the booking unless otherwise stated.

• Class packs are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser.

3. Class Packs

​

• Class packs are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.

• Unused classes expire at the end of the stated validity period and cannot be extended unless agreed by Wellspring.

• Class packs cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded once purchased, except where required by law.

• Class packs may only be used for the classes and services specified at the time of purchase.

4. Memberships

​

Wellspring memberships are subject to separate Membership Terms & Conditions, which form part of the agreement between you and Wellspring.

These terms cover membership eligibility, minimum terms, payments, booking and cancellation arrangements, membership pauses and other membership-specific conditions.

​

The Membership Terms & Conditions are available on our website and should be read before purchasing a membership.

​

5. Class Bookings & Cancellations

​

All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking & Cancellation Policy, which sets out the applicable cancellation periods, class-credit arrangements, late-cancellation and no-show charges, and minimum attendance requirements.

Different cancellation arrangements may apply depending on the type of booking, class pack or membership used.

​

The Class Booking & Cancellation Policy is available on our website and during the booking process where applicable.

​

6. Workshops, Events & Special Sessions

​

• Workshops, events and special sessions may have different booking and cancellation terms, which will be stated at the time of booking.

• Due to their limited capacity, workshops and events are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

• If Wellspring cancels an event, we will offer an appropriate refund or credit.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed by Wellspring in advance.

7. Health, Safety & Participation

​

• You participate in classes, workshops and activities at your own risk.

• It is your responsibility to inform the teacher or Wellspring of any injury, medical condition, pregnancy or other health concern that may affect your ability to participate safely.

• You should work within your own limits and follow the guidance of the teacher or instructor.

• You should not participate if you are unwell or if you believe participation may put your health or safety at risk.

• Wellspring cannot accept responsibility for injury or illness arising from information that has not been disclosed or from failure to follow reasonable instructions.

8. Studio Etiquette

​

We want Wellspring to be a welcoming, safe and respectful environment for everyone.

​

• Please arrive on time for classes. Late entry may not be permitted where it would disrupt the session or affect safety.

• Mobile phones should be switched off or silenced during sessions.

• Please respect other attendees, teachers, practitioners and Wellspring staff.

• Wellspring reserves the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

9. Personal Belongings

​

Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at your own risk.

​

Wellspring accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Liability

​

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to this, Wellspring will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in our activities or use of our facilities except where caused by our negligence or other circumstances for which we are legally responsible.

11. Changes to Classes & Services

​

We may need to change or cancel classes, workshops, events, teachers, studios, timetables or other services from time to time.

​

Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes or cancellations.

​

Where Wellspring cancels a booked class or event, we will provide an appropriate alternative, credit or refund as applicable.

12. Website Use

​

Content on the Wellspring website is provided for general information and may be updated from time to time.

​

We reserve the right to amend, update or remove website content where necessary.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

​

We process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.

​

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information and your rights in relation to that information.

​

14. Gift Vouchers

​

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Gift vouchers must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

• Gift vouchers may be subject to additional terms stated at the time of purchase.

15. Changes to These Terms

​

We may update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, including where our services, legal requirements or business arrangements change.

​

The latest version will always be available on our website.

​

Where a change materially affects an existing booking, membership or other agreement, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

​

16. Consumer Rights

​

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

​

17. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
