Membership Policies

4-Class Membership

​

This membership provides 4 regular Wellspring classes per monthly billing period.

​

• Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred.

• The membership has a minimum initial term of 3 months.

• After the initial 3 months, you may cancel by emailing info@wellspringhub.co.uk. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

• Membership payments are collected automatically each month using your chosen payment method.

• Unused classes do not roll over to the next billing period and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Memberships apply to regular Wellspring classes only. Workshops, events and other services are excluded unless specifically stated.

• Our 12-hour class cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made 12 or more hours before class return the class to your allowance. Late cancellations and no-shows count as used.

• Memberships may be paused once per calendar year, for a minimum of 1 full billing month and a maximum of 3 months, subject to our Membership Terms & Conditions.

• Membership does not guarantee a place in any particular class, teacher, day or time.

Unlimited Membership Plan

​

This membership provides unlimited access to regular Wellspring classes during each monthly billing period.

​

• Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred.

• The membership has a minimum initial term of 3 months.

• After the initial 3 months, you may cancel by emailing info@wellspringhub.co.uk. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

• Membership payments are collected automatically each month using your chosen payment method.

• Memberships apply to regular Wellspring classes only. Workshops, events and other services are excluded unless specifically stated.

• Because your membership provides unlimited access, there is no class allowance or rollover.

• Late cancellation within 12 hours of class: £5 fee.

• No-show without cancelling: £10 fee.

• If something genuinely unavoidable happens, please let us know as soon as possible and we will use our discretion.

• Memberships may be paused once per calendar year, for a minimum of 1 full billing month and a maximum of 3 months, subject to our Membership Terms & Conditions.

The late-cancellation and no-show charges help us manage class numbers, give other customers the opportunity to book available spaces and ensure we can continue to support our teachers.

20-Day Unlimited Introductory Offer

​

This offer provides unlimited access to regular Wellspring classes for 20 consecutive days.

• The offer is available to new Wellspring customers only.

• It is for introductory use only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with another introductory offer.

• Workshops, events and other services are excluded unless specifically stated.

• Late cancellation within 12 hours of class: £5 fee.

• No-show without cancelling: £10 fee.

• If something genuinely unavoidable happens, please let us know as soon as possible and we will use our discretion.

Wellspring may decline the introductory offer where the customer has previously attended Wellspring classes or used an introductory offer.
