This teaching encompasses many influences from multiple lineages such as Forrest, Hatha, and Dharma. Each class is carefully constructed to take students from asana to asana, leading to a peak pose through an anatomically informed sequence. This open-level masterclass will help you explore your capabilities with confidence, building strong foundations and igniting strength from within. Hatha represents mastery of the body, while Raja signifies mastery of the mind. Vinyasa is the art of synchronising movement with breath, and Krama literally means ‘steps’ or ‘stages’. What to expect: *Pranayama: Breathwork to center and ground. *Sun Salutations: A dynamic warm-up to prepare the body. *Anatomically-informed sequences: Designed to build strength, openness, and awareness for the peak pose. *Creative modifications: Tailored options to either adjust or deepen final pose. *Neutralising asanas: Gentle movements to wind down and restore balance.
