Class Description
Caroline is trained as a (Lee Holden certified) Qi Gong instructor. She completed her teacher training in 2022 & is continuing to train in more advanced practices, taking regular trips to California to train with Master Lee Holden in person. Caroline's Qi Gong class combines gentle flowing movements with breathwork, standing postures, visualisation & meditation. The overall effect is a beautiful combination of feeling both energised & calm, keeping you centred & grounded whatever the day holds. Suitable for beginners and all abilities.
