Cultivating vitality through breath, movement, and deep rest. A weekly practice of conscious breathing and movement, contemplative awareness, and deep relaxation to enhance the lived experience of vitality. This class uses advanced breathwork techniques and is not recommended for smokers, or for anyone with respiratory conditions, cardiovascular issues, blood pressure concerns, or a history of dizziness or fainting.
