Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and structured practice that links breath with movement through a set sequence of postures. This traditional method builds strength, flexibility and stamina while cultivating deep concentration and inner calm. Classes encourage a steady, mindful pace, allowing each student to work at their own level within a supportive and focused environment

Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Classes have limited capacity and may sell out. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. Class credits will only be returned for cancellations made within the cancellation window.
