Class Description

Barre combines ballet-inspired movements, Pilates, and strength training to sculpt and tone the entire body. Improve posture, core strength, and flexibility in a fun, energising class.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Classes have limited capacity and may sell out. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. Class credits will only be returned for cancellations made within the cancellation window.
