Class Description
Fitness Pilates is based on the principles and teachings of Joseph Pilates but delivered in a more contemporary, dynamic style. The goals are to increase muscular balance and strength. Improve posture, and enhance the body’s functional ability for both day to day and sporting activiites. To boost core strength and enhance your overall wellbeing. Fitness Pilates helps to restore mobility, improve balance and enhance flexibility for improved movement, it's also deeply relaxing.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Classes have limited capacity and may sell out. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. Class credits will only be returned for cancellations made within the cancellation window.
