Class Description
In this Hatha Yoga class, you can expect a slower-paced style of yoga where postures are explored with time and awareness, rather than flowing quickly from one pose to the next. Classes typically include a combination of gentle warm-ups, standing and seated poses, balance work, stretches, breathing techniques, and guided relaxation. There is a strong focus on alignment, posture, and mindful breathing, helping you build strength, flexibility, stability, and body awareness in a safe and supportive way. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, with options and modifications offered throughout the class. Hatha Yoga is ideal if you enjoy a more traditional, grounding approach to yoga or if you’re looking for a class that feels calming yet strengthening. Expect to leave feeling more balanced, stretched out, centred, and relaxed — both physically and mentally.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Classes have limited capacity and may sell out. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. Class credits will only be returned for cancellations made within the cancellation window. Course spaces are booked as a full block and cannot be partially refunded once the course has started. Due to limited spaces, missed sessions cannot be transferred to other classes unless stated otherwise. Participants should ensure they are medically fit to take part in strength-based exercise.
