Class Description

Cultivating vitality through breath, movement, and deep rest. A weekly practice of conscious breathing and movement, contemplative awareness, and deep relaxation to enhance the lived experience of vitality. This class includes guided breathing practices integrated with movement. The practices are taught progressively using a therapeutic Yoga Chikitsa approach and can be adapted for different needs. The class is not suitable for smokers. If you have any health concerns that may affect your participation, please contact the teacher beforehand for advice or reassurance”.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Classes have limited capacity and may sell out. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. Class credits will only be returned for cancellations made within the cancellation window.
