A nourishing, supportive and empowering day designed especially for women navigating peri-menopause and
menopause. This retreat blends strength, education, connection and deep restoration, giving you practical
tools, renewed confidence, and space to simply breathe.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, curious, fatigued, or ready to feel strong again, this day is for you.

10:00 - Arrival Drinks and Welcome


Begin your day with morning refreshments in a warm, welcoming space. Take time to settle in, connect with other women and set your intention for the day ahead.


10.30 - Empowering Fitness Pilates


Join us for a fun, uplifting session focused on helping you reconnect with your body. Improving mobility, balance and posture, overall strength and core stability - suitable for all levels and no prior experience necessary to reap the benefits.


11.30 - Menopause Chat & Open Conversation


An honest and supportive discussion covering the menopause transition with practical lifestyle strategies, symptom support, and how movement and nutrition can really help you thrive. There will be space for questions and shared experiences in a safe, judgement-free environment.


12.30 - Hormone-Friendly Nourishing Lunch


Enjoy a balanced, delicious meal designed to support muscle health, metabolism, gut balance and steady energy. This is also a beautiful opportunity to connect and relax. (Please let us know in advance if you have any intolerances or allergies).


13.00 - Gut Health Tasting Experience


Discover the power of gut health during menopause with the opportunity to sample water kefir along with simple guidance on how this benefits your body.


13.30 - Nurturing Yoga Flow


A nourishing flow to re-set and support the nervous system, bringing harmony to the hormones and lowering cortisol levels. Including breath work to boost your energy and bring relief from stress and fatigue. Grounding and deeply restorative.


14.30 - Reflection, Breath-work & Closing


We finish the day with guided reflection, calming breath-work and intention setting to help you leave feeling centred, empowered and supported, informed, and truly restored.

Her focus is on helping manage symptoms with respect to nutrition, exercise, stress levels and sleep. So you can embrace menopause with acceptance and awareness; regain  perspective and make informed decisions which are right for you.
