Class Description
Restorative Yin Yoga is a deeply calming practice that combines the long-held stretches of yin yoga with the comfort and support of restorative poses. Using props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, you’ll be guided into gentle postures designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and encourage deep relaxation. Expect a slower-paced class with plenty of stillness, mindful breathing, and time to reconnect with yourself. This practice works deeply into the muscles, fascia and joints while also helping to calm the nervous system and quiet a busy mind. Perfect for all levels, especially those feeling stressed, stiff, overwhelmed, or simply in need of rest and reset. You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply restored.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Classes have limited capacity and may sell out. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. Class credits will only be returned for cancellations made within the cancellation window. Course spaces are booked as a full block and cannot be partially refunded once the course has started. Due to limited spaces, missed sessions cannot be transferred to other classes unless stated otherwise. Participants should ensure they are medically fit to take part in strength-based exercise.
