Class Description
This class is a blend of classic Pilates and Fitness Pilates exercises working with the suspension trainer. The TRX can be used to mimic reformer exercises as it demands core stability and strength whilst offering a resistance based, low impact workout. Open to all abilities this is a superb session for anyone wanting to improve all elements of their fitness.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Classes have limited capacity and may sell out. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. Class credits will only be returned for cancellations made within the cancellation window.
