Class Description

The TRX uses adjustable suspension straps, your own bodyweight and gravity for a total body workout building on strength, balance, mobility, flexibility and core strength. Anyone can use it and its adaptable for all ranges of fitness, so Instead of heavy weights, you use your own bodyweight and the straps instability for a resistance training workout. Its a fun, challenging session which gives you multiple varied exercises, with standing and floor work incorporating functional strength moves like squats, push/pull excersises, lunges, planks and rotational work. its low impact, gentle on the joints and extremely good for balance and coordination.
