Class Description

Our Vinyasa Flow classes all share the same foundation of breath-led movement and flowing sequences, but each teacher brings their own unique energy, personality and style to the practice, helping you find the class experience that feels right for you. Mel's Friday 12:30 - 13:30 Vinyasa Flow with Balances & Inversions Ready to turn your Friday upside down? This energising vinyasa flow blends strength-building sequences with playful balances and inversion work, all delivered with Mel’s signature warmth and sense of humour. Expect wobbles, wins, maybe a few spectacular near-misses… and plenty of laughs along the way. The class builds gradually, creating heat and stability before exploring arm balances, standing balances and accessible inversion options. Whether you’re hopping into crow, working towards headstand, or just figuring out where your weight should be, Mel offers clear guidance and light-hearted encouragement throughout. It’s strong, it’s supportive, and it never takes itself too seriously. Suitable for all levels, with options provided throughout. Katie's Thursday Evening 19:30–20:30 Vinyasa Flow Flow with breath. Build strength. Find space. A dynamic evening flow designed to help you move, breathe and unwind at the end of the day. Expect creative sequencing, mindful movement and a steady rhythm that builds strength, mobility and balance while encouraging you to reconnect with yourself. This class blends energising flow with moments of calm, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed and restored for the rest of your evening. Options are always offered, making the practice accessible whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your flow.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Classes have limited capacity and may sell out. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. Class credits will only be returned for cancellations made within the cancellation window. Course spaces are booked as a full block and cannot be partially refunded once the course has started. Due to limited spaces, missed sessions cannot be transferred to other classes unless stated otherwise. Participants should ensure they are medically fit to take part in strength-based exercise.
