Bend & Bloom: A Spring Equinox Reset

Sunday 22nd March

10:00 - 13:00

£45

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

After the long, quiet months of winter, Bend & Bloom invites you to reawaken and reconnect. Set in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside, this thoughtfully curated retreat offers a gentle seasonal reset, guiding you out of winter’s hibernation and into the light, expansive energy of spring.

The morning weaves together movement, creativity and meaningful connection.

We begin with grounding breathwork before flowing through a yoga practice that gradually builds warmth and vitality, ending in a deeply restorative rest. From this place of calm focus, you’ll be guided through reflective journaling to clarify intention for the season ahead.

As the space softens into creativity, you’ll take part in a hands-on floristry workshop, designing your own spring bouquet, a beautiful reminder of renewal to take home with you. Throughout the morning, enjoy seasonal treats, warming drinks and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that feels like the ultimate Sunday sanctuary.

This is your invitation to pause, take up space, breathe deeply and return to your own natural rhythm.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A Warm Welcome

Take a moment to land, breathe, and enjoy the calm of Wellspring.

Progressive Yoga Flow

We’ll move through a practice that honours the Equinox balance, starting with slow stretches, building into an energising flow, and ending with a restorative, deep rest.

Guided Journaling

With the mind quietened after yoga, we’ll use a few thoughtful prompts to translate our intentions into words. An easy way to find a little internal clarity for the months ahead.

The Art of the Bouquet:

We’ll move into the creative portion of the morning, using fresh, seasonal stems to craft a beautiful arrangement.

Nourishing Sips & Snacks:

Throughout the session, we’ll have plenty of refreshments on hand. Expect a selection of warm drinks and seasonal bites.

Renewed Energy:

You’ll head off home with your own hand-tied bouquet and a
shifted perspective, feeling physically energised and perfectly aligned with the new
season.
