Having studied extensively under renowned experts, including Dr. Vasant Lad of The Ayurvedic Institute Berni brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. Her teachings focus on the transformative power of breath, meditation, and the cultivation of love and gratitude, all essential elements for managing stress and enhancing emotional well-being.

 

Berni is particularly passionate about supporting women’s health, addressing the unique challenges women face in today’s fast-paced world. Through workshops, classes, and one-on-one coaching, she empowers women to reclaim their health by prioritising nutrition, grounding practices, and restful routines.
