Wellspring Open Day

Our Wellspring Open Day is a chance to truly experience the heart of our new feel-good space. Throughout the day, you’ll be able to explore the hub, meet our friendly team of teachers, and discover the wide range of classes and treatments we’ll be offering.

Enjoy a selection of free taster sessions, giving you the opportunity to sample different movement styles and find what feels right for you. You’ll also be invited to attend short, informal talks from our treatment providers, offering insight into the therapies available at Wellspring.

Adding something extra special to the day, the incredibly talented Katie Barnsley will be creating live artwork inspired by our yoga teachers in motion — a beautiful and unique celebration of movement, creativity and connection.

Registration is required for each attendee so that we can manage numbers and ensure everyone has the best possible experience.
