Join Mel for a playful and uplifting workshop exploring arm balances and inversions in a relaxed, supportive environment. This session is all about curiosity, laughter, and discovering what happens when you’re willing to tip a little off balance.

Through accessible progressions and plenty of encouragement, you’ll explore fun ways to build strength, confidence, and trust in your body. No experience is needed, just bring your wings, an open mind, and a sense of humour. You may leave feeling energised, invigorated, and surprised by what you’re capable of
