Power Flow is a strong, continuous yoga practice linking breath with movement. Expect a faster pace, creative sequencing and a full-body workout that builds strength, stamina and flexibility.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Classes have limited capacity and may sell out. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. Class credits will only be returned for cancellations made within the cancellation window. Course spaces are booked as a full block and cannot be partially refunded once the course has started. Due to limited spaces, missed sessions cannot be transferred to other classes unless stated otherwise. Participants should ensure they are medically fit to take part in strength-based exercise.
