Sharni Humphrey-Carlin

YOUR TEACHER

Yoga has been a steady source of grounding in Sharni's life, offering not only a way to move the body, but also a practice of focus, mindfulness, and connection. She began teaching to share yoga as a supportive and accessible tool for wellbeing, rooted in presence, awareness, and community.

She is passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident in their bodies, supporting long-term mobility, self-trust, and ease. Offering classes, workshops, and retreat days, her teaching style is consistent across gentle, slower-paced practices to stronger, more dynamic flows. Her approach is grounded in methodical instruction, safe alignment, and pressure-free progression, allowing space for both exploration and steadiness.

Sharni’s sessions are welcoming and community-focused, creating space for reflection, rest, and enjoyment without taking the practice too seriously. There is an emphasis on inclusivity, warmth, and shared experience, often accompanied by moments of lightness and laughter.

Having worked with students of all ages and abilities, Sharni aims for everyone to leave feeling grounded, supported, and part of a wider community - connected to themselves, assured in their bodies, and welcomed exactly as they are.
