Are you ready to build your strength in a supportive, friendly environment?
This 6-week progressive programme is designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and build confidence with resistance training, whether you’re already enjoying TRX classes or looking to develop your strength in a more focused way.
Using a combination of both TRX, weights and resistance bands, each session is carefully designed to improve your strength, balance, co-ordination and overall fitness in a fun, encouraging group setting. This isn’t an intense bootcamp! It’s about learning to train well, with great technique that builds your confidence and gets real results.
Designed for a wide range of abilities, sessions will offer options to challenge you at your own level, whether you’re new to weights or already enjoy strength-based training, so you can progress at your own pace and really enjoy the process. I absolutely believe exercise should be fun and accessible for all and I guarantee we will have some laughs on the way!
Your 6-week programme includes:
- 6 progressive TRX + weights strength sessions 60 mins each.
- Core training to build stability and functional strength
- Technique coaching to help you move safely and effectively
- An optional WhatsApp group for support, motivation, accountability &questions throughout the programme
- Weekly recipe inspiration to support your training, recovery & energy
- Weekly coaching tips to help you get even more from your training

FAQ’s
What makes this different from the regular TRX Strong classes?
TRX Strong is a standalone class, Summer Strength & Sculpt is a structured 6-week coached programme designed around technique and progression. This means each week builds on the last, helping you develop confidence with resistance training, improving your technique, strengthening your core, and seeing progress over the 6 weeks. You’ll learn to use weights and resistance bands safely and effectively offering more variety and interest into your workouts.
You’ll also receive added support through the private WhatsApp group, weekly training tips, recipe inspiration, and progress benchmarking, this kind of programme also gives you accountability.
Do I need to have done weights training before?
Not at all. This programme is designed to be welcoming and adaptable for a wide range of abilities, whether you’re new to strength training or already enjoy TRX and want to build on your current fitness. Technique and safe movement are paramount, so you’ll be supported as you learn.
Do I need to bring my own weights?
Yes, please bring your own dumbbells each week. Resistance bands will be provided unless you wish to bring your own. Having your own weights means you can work at the right level for you and progress consistently throughout the programme.
What weights should I bring?
This varies depending on your experience and current strength, but as a general guide:
If you are new to weights – 2 x 2–3 kg dumbbells
If you already exercise regularly – 2 x 4-5 kg dumbbells
If you’re really experienced with strength training – 2 x 5 kg+ dumbbells
If you already attend TRX Strong, you’ll probably have a good sense of what feels right for you, but please as if you’re unsure, I can help you choose. This isn’t a ‘gym’ workout so really heavy weights won’t be appropriate.
Will the sessions be intense?
Expect to work hard, have fun, and feel challenged, but in each session you will be supported with exercises that can be adapted with options to suit different fitness levels.
What if I miss a week?
We all know life can be really busy but as this is a progressive programme, each session builds on the previous one, so regular attendance will really help you get the most from it. Your reserved weekly place, and the private WhatsApp group help create accountability and consistency that help make real progress happen. Please note, because your place is reserved for the full 6 weeks, missed sessions can’t be refunded, but you’ll still have access to the weekly support, tips and resources.
Can I join after the programme has started?
Yes if spaces are still available, you’re very welcome to join. Please remember though, the early sessions will focus on building foundations, technique, and confidence with the movements, so joining from the start will give you the full experience and best results.

Ginny is a passionate fitness professional dedicated to helping people move better, get stronger and feel happier through exercise. She believes fitness should be fun, motivating and accessible to everyone, and loves seeing class members leave feeling energised, positive and smiling after a session.
Ginny is also a highly experienced Personal Trainer and Specialist Women’s Menopause Coach, supporting women through every stage of life with knowledge, encouragement and empathy.
Outside of teaching, Ginny is a busy mum to two boys and loves spending time outdoors with her family, whether that’s hiking, mountain biking or exploring with their dogs. She also enjoys baking and unwinding with a good Netflix drama.
